Short-Notice Express Shipping fits when a job appears later than planned or there is little lead time left. It does not have to be an emergency. The key question is whether the shipment can be checked quickly with the facts already available. Ready time and destination should be fixed. This separates the intent from planned shipping and from true emergency shipping. Short notice does not have to mean an unplanned or unclear job. A shipment can still be prepared well even with little lead time. Ready time, destination and shipment facts should be fixed. This allows the route to be checked without incorrectly treating every short-notice request as an emergency. 01**Describe the job clearly** Have ready time, pickup, destination, timing, weight and dimensions ready before starting the booking flow. 02**Check time and vehicle** Consider deadline, route and shipment size together; do not rely on a generic promise. 03**Open the right market** Choose Switzerland, Germany or Austria and check the concrete trip on x25pronto. **Quick check** Set the pickup point. Add the destination. Set the time. Add weight and size. Choose CH, DE or AT. The trip stays in that market. Check the route and price guide on x25pronto. If the trip fits, continue there. Add a clear contact for pickup and delivery. 02 · BOOKING ### Short-Notice Express Shipping: choose a country and book on x25pronto. Short-Notice Express Shipping fits when you need to need to arrange express shipping at short notice and a normal shipping cycle does not match the timing of the job. Which details are important for the check? Prepare ready time, pickup, destination, timing, weight and dimensions. Complete details make it easier to classify the requirement and check the right vehicle class. Where can I see price and availability? Route, timing, indicative price and open capacity are checked on the matching x25pronto country platform. x25express.com does not calculate a second price. Can a direct trip be suitable? Yes. If the shipment should travel from pickup to destination with no unnecessary transloading, a direct trip can match the requirement. ## Booking platforms - [Express courier Switzerland – x25pronto.ch](https://x25pronto.ch/en/) - [Express courier Germany – x25pronto.de](https://x25pronto.de/en/) - [Express courier Austria – x25pronto.at](https://x25pronto.at/en/)
