Short-Notice Express Delivery is for a delivery that can only be arranged late. The destination and requested arrival are therefore especially important. A reachable recipient can also make the handover easier. The job may be urgent without being an emergency. This page focuses on the short-notice handover at the destination, not on dispatch or a delivery planned well in advance. For a delivery arranged late, the recipient should be reachable as early as possible. An unavailable contact can consume a tight time window. Clear handover details therefore belong with the route and timing. This keeps the focus on a workable short-notice delivery rather than a vague claim of urgency. 01**Describe the job clearly** Have ready time, pickup, destination, timing, recipient, weight and dimensions ready before starting the booking flow. 02**Check time and vehicle** Consider deadline, route and shipment size together; do not rely on a generic promise. 03**Open the right market** Choose Switzerland, Germany or Austria and check the concrete trip on x25pronto. **Quick check** Set the pickup point. Add the destination. Set the time. Add weight and size. Choose CH, DE or AT. The trip stays in that market. Check the route and price guide on x25pronto. If the trip fits, continue there. Add a clear contact for pickup and delivery. Keep the facts short and clear. Say when the goods are ready. Say where they need to go. Check that the size fits the job. Use the live booking page for the chosen country. Do not rely on a broad time claim. The real route and free capacity decide what can work. 02 · BOOKING ### Short-Notice Express Delivery: choose a country and book on x25pronto. Short-Notice Express Delivery fits when you need to need to plan an express delivery at short notice and a normal shipping cycle does not match the timing of the job. Which details are important for the check? Prepare ready time, pickup, destination, timing, recipient, weight and dimensions. Complete details make it easier to classify the requirement and check the right vehicle class. Where can I see price and availability? Route, timing, indicative price and open capacity are checked on the matching x25pronto country platform. x25express.com does not calculate a second price. Can a direct trip be suitable? Yes. If the shipment should travel from pickup to destination with no unnecessary transloading, a direct trip can match the requirement. ## Booking platforms - [Express courier Switzerland – x25pronto.ch](https://x25pronto.ch/en/) - [Express courier Germany – x25pronto.de](https://x25pronto.de/en/) - [Express courier Austria – x25pronto.at](https://x25pronto.at/en/)
