Scheduled Express Delivery is for jobs with a clear requested arrival time. The schedule matters more than a broad “as fast as possible” request. The check therefore needs a realistic ready time and the exact route. A time window may be more useful than one exact minute. This page separates planned timing from immediate and emergency needs. For scheduled express delivery, a realistic time window can be more robust than one exact minute. The shipment ready time and the recipient’s availability define the useful frame for the route. This keeps planning precise without promising an exact arrival before the actual trip has been checked. 01**Describe the job clearly** Have pickup, destination, ready time, requested delivery time, weight and dimensions ready before starting the booking flow. 02**Check time and vehicle** Consider deadline, route and shipment size together; do not rely on a generic promise. 03**Open the right market** Choose Switzerland, Germany or Austria and check the concrete trip on x25pronto. **Quick check** Set the pickup point. Add the destination. Set the time. Add weight and size. Choose CH, DE or AT. The trip stays in that market. Check the route and price guide on x25pronto. If the trip fits, continue there. Scheduled Express Delivery fits when you need to need to align an express delivery with a clear delivery time and a normal shipping cycle does not match the timing of the job. Which details are important for the check? Prepare pickup, destination, ready time, requested delivery time, weight and dimensions. Complete details make it easier to classify the requirement and check the right vehicle class. Where can I see price and availability? Route, timing, indicative price and open capacity are checked on the matching x25pronto country platform. x25express.com does not calculate a second price. Can a direct trip be suitable? Yes. If the shipment should travel from pickup to destination with no unnecessary transloading, a direct trip can match the requirement. ## Booking platforms - [Express courier Switzerland – x25pronto.ch](https://x25pronto.ch/en/) - [Express courier Germany – x25pronto.de](https://x25pronto.de/en/) - [Express courier Austria – x25pronto.at](https://x25pronto.at/en/)
