Then check the concrete trip. Scheduled courier becomes relevant when a normal shipping cycle does not fit. The task is to plan a shipment around a defined pickup or delivery appointment. Before the check, have appointment, contact person, address and shipment details ready. Pickup and destination addresses are also required. With a tight deadline, real driving time matters more than a generic promise. Pickup, route and target arrival must fit together. For booking, choose the matching market: Switzerland, Germany or Austria. The country platform then shows route, timing, indicative price and available options. 01**Describe the job clearly** Have appointment, contact person, address and shipment details ready before starting the booking flow. 02**Check time and vehicle** Consider deadline, route and shipment size together; do not rely on a generic promise. 03**Open the right market** Choose Switzerland, Germany or Austria and check the concrete trip on x25pronto. **In short** Scheduled courier: set pickup and destination. Scheduled courier fits when you need to plan a shipment around a defined pickup or delivery appointment and a normal shipping cycle does not match the timing of the job. Which details are important for the check? Prepare appointment, contact person, address and shipment details. Complete details make it easier to classify the requirement and check the right vehicle class. Where can I see price and availability? Route, timing, indicative price and open capacity are checked on the matching x25pronto country platform. x25express.com does not calculate a second price. Can a direct trip be suitable? Yes. If the shipment should travel from pickup to destination with no unnecessary transloading, a direct trip can match the requirement. ## Booking platforms - [Express courier Switzerland – x25pronto.ch](https://x25pronto.ch/en/) - [Express courier Germany – x25pronto.de](https://x25pronto.de/en/) - [Express courier Austria – x25pronto.at](https://x25pronto.at/en/)
