Door-to-Door Express treats both addresses as one flow. Pickup and destination matter, but access at both points matters too. A floor, loading bay, yard or reception desk can affect the handover. Share those details early. This intent is broader than delivery alone because it covers collection and the handover at the destination as one connected job. Door-to-door jobs can depend on building access more than a simple loading-bay trip. Stairs, courtyards, access rules or a reception desk should be mentioned early. This makes it easier to see whether pickup and handover can happen without extra waiting or special handling equipment. 01**Describe the job clearly** Have pickup address, destination address, timing, weight, dimensions and access ready before starting the booking flow. 02**Check time and vehicle** Consider deadline, route and shipment size together; do not rely on a generic promise. 03**Open the right market** Choose Switzerland, Germany or Austria and check the concrete trip on x25pronto. 02 · BOOKING ### Door-to-Door Express: choose a country and book on x25pronto. Door-to-Door Express fits when you need to want to plan time-critical pickup and delivery from door to door and a normal shipping cycle does not match the timing of the job. Which details are important for the check? Prepare pickup address, destination address, timing, weight, dimensions and access. Complete details make it easier to classify the requirement and check the right vehicle class. Where can I see price and availability? Route, timing, indicative price and open capacity are checked on the matching x25pronto country platform. x25express.com does not calculate a second price. Can a direct trip be suitable? Yes. If the shipment should travel from pickup to destination with no unnecessary transloading, a direct trip can match the requirement. ## Booking platforms - [Express courier Switzerland – x25pronto.ch](https://x25pronto.ch/en/) - [Express courier Germany – x25pronto.de](https://x25pronto.de/en/) - [Express courier Austria – x25pronto.at](https://x25pronto.at/en/)
